Pros

Life and health insurance, good team mates. Good for starters (max 2-3 years)

Cons

Management does not care about its employees, no incentives, longest working hours than anyone in the organization. You get one position and Salary and you stick to it. The the reason you get health insurance is because long working hours no life-work balance. You just sit all day and stress with angry customers demanding everything sales promised or did it wrong.
