Pros

- Decent pay - Unlimited PTO - Flexible schedule

Cons

- Office politics plays a massive role into if you get a raise or not. - Raises may not be based on performance but how well you play into their politics. - No cash bonus' (in my org) / will give stock which needs to be vested.
