Too many managers. Some people’s entire job is to create roadblocks so they feel useful. A lot of work is outsourced outside of US so a lot of calls in IDC time zone

Sales centric company. It can be hard for someone to create real difference.

Leadership at the top lacks ingenuity and uses layoffs to correct poor fiscal strategy. Immediate managers can't actually impact your day-to-day or career path. The sales organization often compromises ethics to meet quota.

-just a number -onboarding not as good as most companies -manager is a large part if you enjoy working here -constant changes weekly -overwhelming amount of information sent your way -No work/life balance

Compensation was very bottom of the barrel. Even when I hit my marks and in some cases excelled with my clients/customers I still didn't see any raises or promotions. I did get a promotion with little to no raise in my compensation, essentially taking on more responsibility for nothing.
