Pros

Some wonderful colleagues, great core values, diverse volunteers, sincere good intentions, fantastic foundations from a proud history.

Cons

Confused ambitions, disconnected senior leadership, not good at reward and recognition. Culture growing of promotion based on who you know, not what you know.
