Pros

It was a nice starter job to gain some experience, and the coworkers were very nice.

Cons

The manager forgot I was a volunteer and expected me to come in when I had COVID, which was a very crazy experience.

Pros

super-friendly work environment. Less pressure at work. You get so many platforms to speak and raise your concerns, no matter which position are in.

Cons

I couldn't find any major cons. There are some minor ones, but they are negligible.
