Pros

I experienced verbal assault and psychological harassment from 2 Senior OXFAM, A blatant injustice in , an organization that advocates for feminist values, human rights and I filed a complaint by contacting the Ethics hotline. However, after long time of investigation, I received a misleading one-page report that does not accurately reflect the severity of the situation. I am deeply disappointed that Oxfam Intermon's Ethics department did not act with fairness, objectivity, and transparency. It is evident that senior members of the organization, who were directly and indirectly involved in this injustice, used their power to distort concrete facts and support the harasser despite his violations and fraudulent practices, in an effort to cover up the matter." "I also refrain from addressing the use of fixed-term contracts (CDD) and their renewals, which are in violation of the law."

Cons

"Oh, absolutely, working at Oxfam is a walk in the park! There are simply no downsides to being surrounded by passionate individuals dedicated to changing the world. The nonexistent cons make each day feel like a vacation in the world of social justice and humanitarian efforts. It's practically a utopia of problem-solving and global impact!"
