Pros

Satisfaction in connecting shopper with goods wanted. Sometimes there's items worth more than you might expect, which then sell.

Cons

Head Office. Lack of respect to shop workers. Lack of vision/understanding of retail as it's currently structured. Work exceeds paid hours - if you want to get anything done properly. Overload of blather and unnecessary instructions. Lack of awareness. Lack of investment in both higher end of shop admin and customers' end. There was something else but I've forgotten. Could probably go on for hours, NB this website lists a CEO who is long gone (resigned 2018, as a quick check online-Wikipedia- will tell you Current one is about to go too.
