Pros

The breadth of work & feeling like your part of making a difference

Cons

Zero transparency about salaries & the pay you start on is what you are stuck at regardless of your peers or growth. Organisation has sadly lost its sense of purpose & is very internal looking. Feels a bit like the titanic of the sector
