Pros

It was a positive atmosphere with a lot of good causes being promoted

Cons

The attitude that Oxfam takes towards their charity shops is that they want to be “premium” which is incredibly tone deaf, often results in high prices and makes the products unaffordable for many locals. I also did not enjoy the lack of flexibility in new ideas. Also poor pay for the work done.
