Building practical skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills, networking skills and enlightening humanitarian issues.

Pros

Many pros and some cons. Life changing experience , if you are looking to make a difference in this world. I met some of the smartest people in my life , some I'm happy to call friends years after. If you have the opportunity to work for Oxfam, please do.

Cons

Any organisation with a substantial size has some drawback but overall nothing to complain about
