Pros

Worked as a shop assistant for many years. Lively environment. Good books and music/dvds. Excellent colleagues. Made many friends. Going out to dinner especially during Christmas.. Good place to learn and gain valuable experience. Would definitely strongly recommend it to anyone.

Pros

A good organisation that invests its money in needful projects that get measurable results. A strong presence internationally and in hard to reach communities. A diverse portfolio of DRR and Climate Change projects. An interest in long-term sustainability and community ownership. Would enjoy working with them again.

Cons

A reasonably smooth working experience.
