Pros

The People, Company Culture, Noble work

Cons

I think Senior Management could have helped people progress into different areas of work, it's a shame Oxfam and other charities don't always offer graduate schemes

Pros

Diverse range of people, mostly very committed to the cause, you get a lot of satisfaction from working for a global charity.

Cons

Not much investment in staff development (though perhaps not too surprising considering the public's scrutiny at how their donations are being used).
