Pros

Great fun to work with colleagues in a fast paced workplace. Will recommend as all the work put in is for the the eradication of poverty mission.

Cons

Pricing and listing donations can become tedious and boring especially on the weekend. There was virtually no management in the store I worked at if you needed to speak to them.

Pros

Oxfam has a big programme with a quite a number of projects on Good Governance which I like. Oxfam provides great chances to share and learn from affiliates around the world. Knowledge Management is one of the three cores of oxfam.

Cons

At the moment we are in the transition process that all affiliates are merged in Vietnam. Many things are changing. Less staff more work.

Pros

Good people, organised and very friendly. Provide assistance when needed and the customers are also very friendly.

Cons

Long hours, can sometimes get a bit boring and quite hands on as new donated items can come throughout the day
