Pros

Oxfam opens opportunity for students to contribute their time and their share for the community. It is a professional charity shop in which working there can help students to find their time valuable. They can learn from the work, manager, colleagues and develop communication skills. Working environment is open and it is easy to broader network.

Cons

I just worked for a month; hence, nothing was difficult for me.
