Pros

Great company to volunteer for. Hard working, fun atmosphere and always get the daily tasks done. All volunteers working hard together is a wonderful feeling of achievement. We all help out with whatever need to be done a the shop so there is always something new to experience.

Cons

As it is voluntary work you don't always have everyone turning up so it can be difficult to run the shop with only two people when there's so much sorting through customs daily donations (clothes, books, toys, shoes, homeward, bags)to be done.

Pros

There is a lot of flexibility in this job, which can be both good or bad, but if you really apply yourself, this gives you the opportunity to showcase your talents.

Cons

It can be hard to get mentoring if you are starting out, so it is great to work here once you feel more confident in your skill set.
