Pros

I spent all day everyday outside in Bristol which did wonders for my physical and mental health. My confidence also improved because I was having to talk to new people everyday. You always seem to work with the best people.

Cons

You become easily emotionally and physically drained. The base pay may not seem worth it but the bonus potential really knocks it out of the park.

Pros

Branch manager was very friendly, helpful and supportive. I felt valued and enjoyed being part of the team.

Cons

I worked the till which took some time to master, though it was my first time doing so and I eventually got more confident. But that is more of a me thing than anything ;p Also if you're vegan you will be handling used wool and leather items and some other products like the chocolate is not vegan, so it's far from ideal, but you could ask to do other tasks instead.
