Has it’s highs, but too many lows

Pros

Good health benefits and comparable vacation package. Everyone wants the company to do well, as many of the long-term employees are stakeholders. The MN the office is updated.

Cons

Poor management (PCL is very corporate/political), lack of career progression, and lack of flexibility. Good while it lasted but high turnover as employees find better opportunities elsewhere, causing a big seniority gap.
