      Hard work does not pay off

      Some great people to work with, perks are nice

      Cons

      Long hours (I was used to 37.5 hrs so not a fan of 40hrs +). A lot of staff turnover. Don’t go to HR with any issue cause they’ll throw you under the bus. Not flexible with work life balance. They boast about their great mental health support, but it’s a farce. They are not supportive at all. It was a great place to work in the beginning but I’m glad I moved on. My mental health and work life balance has very much improved

      Only company in the world where Nepotism is considered a pride. Multiple generational families running the company and only support each other.

      We have a strong employee ownership culture in which we ALL support one another and celebrate success together. All employees have a vested interest in working in an environment with diverse perspectives. We strive to be an employer of choice and existing employees often refer family and friends based on their own experience in working with us. As such, we have conduct guidelines in place to ensure there are no conflicts of interest or special treatment in our hiring practices, reporting structures or employment decisions.
