Great work environment. Management is half decent, long hours. Not steday or reliable work but long-term projects are big projects

Cons

Low wages, expect alot out of you for low wages. No real work family life balance. Some foremens are really high on themselves

Opportunity, lots of projects to choose from in and around the GTA. Company stock options are available to all employees after first year of employment

Cons

It is a Large organization, so it may take a effort to climb the corporate ladder. Upper management is a bit top heavy.
