I do recommend that you continue to educate yourself on the employee share program as I expect your views may change - I am also available to discuss with you if you like. Please reach out. More importantly, we have strict safety procedures in place that are in line with government regulations, while also working to accommodate our employees’ unique needs on a case-by-case basis. PCL also has zero-tolerance for bullying so this allegation is very concerning to me.
