Pros

Very good profit sharing program. Good place to work, but may differ depending on the project or team you work with.

Cons

Can be expected to work off hours with very little notice, but also depending on team and project you are working on. You need to get financing to invest in company. Pay known to be lower than industry.

Pros

They have a full gym in the basement. Good benefits. Really great work environment with lots of support from peers. Best part of working there is the relationships you build. Management is great at taking care of its employees. Good work events and parties. The best I've ever heard of!

Cons

In order to get a competitive salary you need to work there for minimum 5 years and pay into their employee owned shares. Base salary is pretty low in my field. Lots of hierarchy and layers of management telling you how to do your job.
