Management is great at taking care of its employees. Good work events and parties. The best I've ever heard of!
Cons
In order to get a competitive salary you need to work there for minimum 5 years and pay into their employee owned shares. Base salary is pretty low in my field.
Lots of hierarchy and layers of management telling you how to do your job.
