Frequent rounds of jarring layoffs. This didn't just happen annually, but several times per year so was a constant threat. They'd prefer do redo work that costs less than pay to do it right.

Terrible leadership, just a number, plan to work 20 hours per day, company doesn’t care about the culture.. sad to see how the company has gone downhill as it used to be great!
