      I can not think of any good to say about the company.

      I happily started my journey and career at PayPal, until I realize how bad the work environment is. I would not say in which location I worked, but I had such a toxic team, also the supervirsors were really toxic, the management as well. Zero support from management/team leaders. The KPIs were impossible to hit, they were constantly asking for more and more without taking care of their employees. The new CEO just cares about the money.

      PayPal has always been good with compensation - salary, 401K match, good health and wellness benefits

      Cons

      Don't work there. Bad C-suite leadership that trickles down... tons of blindsiding, lying, lack of transparency from leaders. No one cares for anyone. The culture is beginning to get unnecessarily cutthroat, resembles the culture of banking. Layoffs happen bi-quarterly, morale is so so low. Would not recommend.
