      - Workplace conveniences: Gym, on-site restaurants, laundry, dry cleaning, car wash - Attentive managers, relaxer coworkers - Opportunities for connecting with coworkers - Access to senior management - Social events: at least weekly

      Cons

      - Lack of process and procedure for a company of its size - Managers who micromanage - No work/life balance for most - Crowded buildings: I share a cube.

      Pros

      There are some VERY hard working and talented people that work at PayPal (the people that actually do the work). The PayPal product (what the consumer sees, not the IT product)

      Cons

      Management / Very poor and disengaged leaders Poor IT and Data infrastructure Very poor leadership Culture promotes those that promote themselves, but not those that perform Lack of industry knowledge Poor controls Politics No accountability. Manage by how well you present versus how well you perform Lack of integrity with leaders Employee satisfaction results shows that the leaders are "happy" while everyone else is not.

      company still believes in ethics and team work open, cooperative atmosphere competitive salary/benefits genuine interest in having happy, satisfied employees

      Cons

      rapid growth has created some situations where our processes lag behind our needs, especially when working across different teams in the organization lots of opportunities to do things more efficiently and predictably; still a little too much of the start up "just do it" approach
