      Fantastic place to learn, lots of growth, lots of interest in innovation. Lots of great people.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Political. Not open communication. Many are first time managers so either micromanage or completely disconnected. Insecure managers who do not know how to develop people or look beyond own personal success.
