      -Industry average for compensation. -Lots of employee well being benefits - onsite cafeteria, gym, basketball and tennis courts. Shuttle service between San Francisco and San Jose Caltrain. -Flexible work schedule. -Opportunities to innovate.

      Cons

      Politics galore: Constant shifts in organizations. Lots of time spent in strategic planning for the next year, but there's still a lack of coherent direction with constantly changing priorities.

      PayPal is a great place to work. In addition to having a great business model, the culture is innovative and the people are highly motivated and intelligent. I enjoy working with my colleagues, who I respect and who I consider as friends.

      Cons

      We are growing at an alarming rate and whilst it is an exciting place to be, change is occurring on a daily basis.
