      world leader in its field, paypal is indeed the place to be from if you are looking for a career in payments, risk or any related areas.

      Cons

      politics, underachievement, low level of employees from junior to senior levels. little to no one can keep track of complex ideas, and most people just spend their days with politics and ass-covering.

      senior management can sometimes be inspiring outside of the human resources function and does genuinely try to build cohesive teams

      Cons

      mid level management lack copetency in human resource functions. often times politics takes precidence over doing the right things for the company or for other empployees.

      Politics always gets in the way of work, can be very frustrating sometimes. Re-org happens every once in a while. People who talk get promoted instead of people who get the job done.
