      Inconsistent and unfocused leadership. They will never be Square or Apple Pay.

      Flexible schedule and great benefits. Leadership really cares about their tech employees

      Cons

      Any employees outside of the technical space tend to get underpaid and forgotten. Leadership doesn't really seem to care about their attrition rates and quality of life. HR doesn't really understand the validity of development roles which leads to underpayment.
