Solid company, brand recognition, and pockets of light and talent that come from Paycor and the few Paychex employees who are too entrenched to jump ship.

Cons

Feels like living a lie. Smile like you mean it when they reduce your comp plan and tell you it’s for your own good. Smile when they project stability despite the stock price. Smile when initiatives are misaligned with daily execution. Smile when you’re told to work harder like the top sellers who receive inbound leads. :)
