Flexible schedule. Decent benefits. Will learn a vast amount of knowledge.

Cons

Management sucks. Does not really do much to reps that sell but are in the wrong. Management also shows favoritism.

After being unemployed for a few months I was desperate and was willing to take whatever I could find. This job was completely entry level and if your fresh out of college and want some sales experience it isn't a bad place to start. Good training and decent benefits. There are some reps that do very well and make a nice living but it takes time.

Cons

Compensation! If you can live on a base salary of $35,000 and another few hundred bucks in commission for a year or so it will take to become established than by all means go for it. I nearly fainted when they passed the offer sheet accross the desk with their offer. I was excited to be hired but that barely paid my rent and expenses in a major metropolitan city.
