      Great training, nice office, nice co workers, overworked underpaid.

      Pros

      There is a lot of opportunities to learn at Paychex, but you must be motivated to do so. The training is great. There is generally a good amount of support from co workers, and you can ask questions to anyone who works there and find your answer.

      Cons

      The workload is tough. Basically if you do a good job, you are rewarded with more clients. There is a lot of management saying they understand, but little of doing anything to help with the issues.

      Nice people, nice place to work, things are ok

      Cons

      If you are looking to work here be careful. They do a 30 min phone screen, then 4-5 face to face interviews on different days. Yes this is what makes no sense how can someone who is working go on 5 interviews on different days sometimes weeks in between. They give personality tests and have really lost the human touch when hiring.
