Great training programs. Good resources to support you with making the sale. They continue to poor money into their product to make it the best on the market.

Cons

It's such a big company you can get lost and fall through the cracks if you don't ask or go get help when you need it.

Benefits are very good except that they took away the 401k match. They are bringing it back in January, but it will only be 2%

Cons

New CEO has not been named yet, but the place has a revolving door. Culture is changing and the top reps are leaving due to micro management.
