Pros

In-office environment is great. Managers are personable, commission structure is amazing, and everyone in the office is outgoing/funny. Always laughter and lots of motivation to perform well.

Cons

Most clients have been called multiple times resulting in DNC requests, a bit difficult to convince small business owners to pay for a retirement plan when they don’t have money to contribute.

Utterly toxic politics everywhere—supervisors strut around like they're the damn CEO, overriding decisions, playing favorites, and killing any chance of real work getting done. [E.g., "My project got axed because the supervisor's buddy wanted the credit."] HR? A complete joke—they exist only on paper, ignore every email/ticket for weeks (or forever), and sleep through crises like mass resignations. [E.g., "Reported harassment 3 times—no response, just crickets."] Conclusion: What started as a "product-based" company has crashed into a pathetic small-scale garments nightmare: endless delays, zero growth, and employees treated like disposable labor. Run—don't walk—away. Pure regret
