      At musk Peterborough you have flexible work time and a small friendly team

      Cons

      Corporate. Group micromanage. There has been bullying from staff from other parts of the group. Refusing to pay people what they are worth and very common middle management and some time people below them to work unpaid overtime often 12 hour days

      Pros

      I now know where the bar is for the worst job I’ve ever had. So that’s something.

      Cons

      The whole company is a scam. They flat out lie to you about getting paid good money and being a legit job, but it’s one hundred percent commission. I had to force them to admit this after three days of employment and I never saw any money. A bunch of heartless bloodsuckers.

      Pros

      The management is very good about listening and taking your interests into consideration when assigning projects and setting long-term career goals. It's refreshing to work in an environment where you feel like you're being heard and not merely treated like a number.

      Cons

      Benefits are good but could be better.but we also make sure to balance it with happy hours, company picnics, free lunches and fun.
