      - Working with talented people - Nice bonuses - Big company, always doing good numbers

      Cons

      - The office is in a secluded area - Not so flexible with remote work - Any creative process is pre-established and even if you're an expert in your area they won't let you do your own thing; it has to be exactly by the book
