      Pros

      - Amazing coworkers, relaxed and nice culture - A lot of growth opportunities and many resources to learn soft and hard skills - Good salary and overall compensation, additional discounts and benefits for being a PepsiCo employee - Hybrid work, mostly work from home - Really inclusive and diverse culture and atmosphere

      Cons

      - Working hours can be long and depending on your activities you might be needed in no working hours/days (but they can pay overtime) - Systems are a bit outdated and tend to fail - Few employees can have a negative or conflictive attitude and management seems to let that attitudes pass
