Overbearing senior management. Image and alliances will get you promoted, good performance is optional. Performance evaluation has been weaponized to get rid of adversaries. Constant feeling of walking on eggshells and that something you do or say will result in your termination or used against you. Management fearful of making decisions, use of committees to dillute responsibility. Everything is discussed in 4 meetings and a powerpoint deck that is reworked 10 times.
