As a contractor, and there are many here, you are soon made to feel like you have no rights or privileges. Up to four workers can share a small office. Up to two can share a cubicle. You are excluded from company meetings, contests, team meetings and summer cook-out get togethers. And you can be dismissed at anytime....even if you're doing an outstanding job because they want to give what you've accomplished to a full-time employee. If you want the PepsiCo name on your resume, "come on down" as they say. Else, avoid this corporate giant like the plague.

The overall morale of my department is dismal. Compared to my peers, I am being seriously underpaid. The benefits are not much better than any other company.
