Pros

Dedicated senior frontline employees Average pay that has been outpaced after the pandemic and great resignation Meaningful work if individual contributor with good delegation from direct manager and peere

Cons

Favoritism among leadership that starts with whethwr you have interned with PepsiCo before, what school you're from, and whether you fit in "culturally" (can join the good 'ol boys and girls club) Difficult to fit in if external hire with outside experience or not interested in socializing regularly after work. Inconsistent behaviors between stepping om those below you to move up and workaholism (7 days a week) which leads to confusion for those in-between as to what is the right way Work and accomplishments are barely acknowledged and little to no feedback from leadership. Sink or swim mentality that scares off new hires in <1 year Lack of focus on safety. Overall terrible culture that is difficult to find support fron other, motivation within yourself, or growth opportunities. If you do, you did most of it yourself.
