      Pros

      Meaningful work and high value placed on training and development . Good work/life balance with work from home options 1x per week. Sr Mgmt offers Recruiters the tools to succeed. Excellent company benefits, 401K match is incredible! A culture that breeds respect and discipline. Good internal mobility. Formal performance mgmt and individual development program in place. Company values cultural diversity.

      Cons

      Complex matrix environment, roadmap can be difficult to navigate. Excessive amount of meetings and con calls- can be a time suck.

      For the most part colleagues are helpful and there is available information to find out stuff and leverage on work done. Supportive of flexible arrangements needed by employees.

      Cons

      Getting inititatives of the ground can sometimes take a long time as there are many stakeholders. Can be frustrating to the operational people. Comes across a bit old-school to younger generation.
