Pros

The potential to earn a lucrative income is there. Marketing has base pay and sales is strictly commision. As well as a great culture and great people. The products and installers this company offers are the best of the best, despite the high dollar price tag. The lifetime warranty they offer is actually a real lifetime warranty.

Cons

Extremely unethical in the way the sales department handles itself towards employees and customers. Employees in the sales department job is to close on a one call close basis. They are told to tell the customer that they will never see the price this low again, where in actuality the customer will get a lower price if it's rehashed or if they cancel. The employee is even told to tell the customer it would be unethical if they were to come out and offer a lower price again, but they do it anyway. On top of that, the employee who busted his butt at the original appointment receives no credit in sales volume or commission. This company really acts like they care about the customer and employer but they really just care about the almighty dollar.

Pros

Extremely supportive management and Co workers. Excellent pay. Opportunity to advance within the company. Paid training. Company provides open bars and a trip to Mexico at the end of the year. Not in an office, independently working so you don't always have a manager over your shoulder.

Cons

Door to door Outside in any weather Cell phone use At this job you have to deal with rejection a lot so i would not recommend it to the faint of heart
