I have worked for PHRG for nearly 5 years and not a day goes by where I do not wake up excited about what I do and who I do it for. From the newest employee all the up to the Officers within the company everyone at Power is family. The cultuter at Power is extremely unique, unlike anything I've ever witnessed, everyone pushes themselves and each other to do better and be better, not only for our customers and the business but for our families and our personal growth. Compensation with Power is not only fair but completely up to the employee, there is endless potential to move throughout the company learn new things and try to find the right fit for the employees career goals. With Power you get EXACTLY what you put into it. Prior to my employment with Power I had never heard of a company that did the things Power does for it's employees, the camaraderie in the company makes me want to work harder tomorrow than I did today.

Pros

The most obvious pro is that there is not limit on how much you can make and this it is all based on how hard you work and how determined you are. The training you receive and support from others in the office is unseen for a job like this where competition is the norm. Here, we are a team and we never forget that. The management here is unmatched with how well things are run, how they treat us (pay, bonuses, vacations) and just in general how cool they are. The culture is amazing as well. From the open bars, to kickoff meetings in 5 star hotels, to buying out whole resorts in Mexico for the company christmas party, the way we roll is first class or no class. This is the best place I could ever imagine working.

Cons

Some of the challenges are finding the balance between work and life. The scheduling is something that can be irritating at times but management is very accommodating and reasonable.
