Job security - I don't have to ever worry about being laid off, let go Culture - A group of young, motivated guys and girls Leadership - The executives of the company are incredible business minds that invest everything back into their people Extras - company top shelf dinners/open bars; 5 star 4-day mexico holiday party (where LL Cool J, Sublime, Snoop Dog have performed!); numerous yearly contests to win electronics, trips and more Room for advancement - There are numerous opportunities to step into new/bigger roles with more responsibilities and pay

In 2011, after graduating college, Power offered me the job of a lifetime. I never thought to be so fulfilled at a job until I walked through the doors at Power. Everyday is a constant reminder of my accomplishments and my contribution to this great company that I proudly call home. If you have the talent and want to put in the hard work, Power can provide you with the tools necessary to be successful.

Cons

Like every career, long hours are necessary in order to be successful. Learning to balance work and my personal life has always been a challenge for me.
