Pros

You get paid directly what you're worth. If you are better or work harder than the next guy, you make more money. I was tired of a CEO denying my raises because they don't even know my name. At power, you get to decide how much you want to make. I gave myself a 60k raise this past year... The schedule takes time getting used to but once you embrace it, you will see you have more free time than the ordinary 9-5.

Cons

If this job was easy, everyone would be doing it and making this kind of income. It takes a lot of hard work and practice to be great. Fortuity, Power provides you with the support and tools to be great.

Pros

How much you make as a consultant is up to you- How hard you work/continue to learn and get better everyday, will determine how successful you will become. From the day you start at Power, upper level management, leadership and consultants like yourself, they help you achieve goals be successful. How many of you have worked for a company with no upward mobility, stuck in the same position for years??? How many of you work with co-workers who don't want to see others successful because they are happy where they are and don't want to be passed by others...? At Power is THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE, the culture and "family" feel really is something of its own, no other company I know has... From CEOs... to staff your age and everyone in between they all want you to be successful, everyone cares... they give you the opportunity to become a leader and make the most of your professional career. Success and advancement is at your fingertips, opportunity is calling, what will you do with it??

Cons

this is not a standard 9-5 job, the hours are not normal, you will have to work evenings, but with time you can adjust around schedule

Pros

You will be hard pressed to find a better company to work for. It starts from being extremely transparent in the interview by giving an accurate description of the job. Once hired, the very thorough training begins. Once training is completed you will be ready for success. The compensation is more than fair, in addition to your normal pay the company has many promotions going on that are very attainable to hit. The culture is simply amazing, with a group of employees that will go out of their way to make sure you are successful. Many within the organization will sacrifice their own personal financial gains to help out a peer. This is a company that will not only help you become more financially secure, this is a company that will make you a better person.

Cons

This is a company that you need to work hard to be successful, nothing is easy. If looking for a job that is easy this is not the place to work
