Pros

I really do love where I work. I started with power about a year and a half ago and could not see myself going anywhere else. The culture of power is like nothing that I have ever experienced in my life. The people you were with not only become your friends but they truly become a support system which does not allow you to fail. In the world of sales this is like nothing I have remotely come close to experiencing. Beyond that Power fully invests back into their employees. Through conferences, promotions, and trips it is never in question that at power employees come first.

Cons

Being with a company that I enjoy so much it is very hard for me to find many cons. So I almost feel like I am searching however the schedule and driving can become a little tedious. However you have every opportunity to change that.

Pros

everything you need to be successful in your role at Power is given to you. This company does things and operates in a way that no other companies do, especially in this industry.

Cons

The hours are tough and sometimes make it difficult to have a work/life separation. There is a breakdown in communication between departments and even regional offices

Pros

- Strong focus on professional and personal development. - I am challenged. I can't emphasize enough how important that is to going home at the end of the day and feeling satisfied. I'm getting better everyday here. - Power makes a sincere commitment to its employees - management is legitimately invested in the lives of those on their team. I've seen my manager go above and beyond for my co-workers time and time again. There's a definite sense of trust amongst coworkers and managers. - The work environment is fantastic. Everyone is incredibly driven and it made me better being surrounded by them. Managers are supportive and understanding, but also do a good job motivating and challenging their teams. - Power sells premium products and services and backs it up with a lifetime warranty - so if there are any problems related to the products after the install, we'll fix it, free of charge. - The compensation is excellent and the opportunities for growth are very real. Power went from 80 to 375 million dollars in business within 6 years - going from 3 offices to 10. New positions and departments seem to open up every quarter meaning you can really choose a career path that you're passionate about.

Cons

- Just as the company is committed to its employees, you need to be committed to the position. To get the most out of this experience, you need to dive in with both feet. - Hours can be a touch unusual depending on position and department.
