Pros

There are many great things about working at Power, but the things that immediately come to mind are the opportunities for rapid growth, the limitless salary cap, and the many different ways to be involved within the company. Despite only having been at Power for 5 months, I can already say I have seen the emphasis placed on career advancement. The managers and supervisors are always looking for opportunities to put a new challenge in front of themselves and those around them. If you perform and demonstrate a willingness to do the little things well, there is no shortage of ways you can grow and advance. The money at this company is real. If you are disciplined and do your job well, you can make as much money (usually more) as you could anywhere in the country. Aside from just the basic expectations of the job, there are many different initiatives Power is a part of, and there are several branches within the company, all of which are open to you if you want to be involved.

Cons

This job is difficult. There is no easy way to say that. However, the difficulty of it is well tempered by the quality of people working around you and the financial incentives offered. Aside from the money, however, it is in incredibly rewarding to talk to a homeowner who you know needs help, and provide them with a positive, memorable experience they will tell their friends and family about. At Power we are all about being more than just a home remodeling company. We are about serving people with the very highest level of excellence, and leaving everything we touch better than we found it. The work-life balance can be difficult at times. Long days of hard work can make it easy to check out mentally at the end of the day, but it is important to make the very best use of that time after the work day is done. This job has helped me to focus more on my wife and use the time we do have together well.

Pros

Power is unlike any company I have ever worked for. Regardless of which department you work in every day is a new challenge it's an opportunity to become better and a place to grow inside and outside of work. The culture comradrie and teamwork you are apart of is unlike any other company. Lastly the performance based job and allowing you to make as much money as you work for is a great motivator.

Cons

The hours can be tough at times but that is the only downside to being at Power

Pros

Power's culture is unmatched within the industry and in sales overall. A sense of family has fostered an enviroment in which co-workers have genuine concern and interest in the success of every member of the team. Quick upward mobility is available for anyone willing to put in the time, work, and effort. The investments, both financial and time, placed towards employee's personal and professional growth by the upper management, from CEO on down, is inspirational in today's bottom line driven culture. This is a company that understands the human aspect of a creating successful culture and business. Many companies claim unlimited personal growth and earning potential but Power is one of few that can actually back the statement with truth.

Cons

When first starting with the company the schedule can be slightly stressful; however, all the support and systems are in place to mitigate this stress as one gets on boarded. If you are looking for a job where you can just "show up" and stamp a time card and collect a check this is not the company for you. If you are willing to put the work in the rewards are there for the taking.
