From the first day, I was welcomed into the group and have been supported by my peers. Here at power is a true culture, We help each other as a team. We as a department socialize outside of work which brings us closer together as a group. I referred two friends who were hired and enjoy the job as much as I do. I found hard work and dedication does not go unrecognized by management.
