Pros

Plenty of tools to become successful, even if you suck in the beginning, there is no excuse other than yourself if you do not figure out a way to become at least an average salesperson. NY has an amazing leadership core. Kyle and Jordan are amazing. Sales team is amazing in general. Only saw negative things from the marketing side and HQ side of things.

Cons

Work-life balance. Lots of free time, but being always on call and often having a far drive means it will be hard to make set plans with anyone besides Saturday nights and Sunday morning-evening.

Pros

-Coworkers are fun to work with. -Guaranteed $500 a week. -Company paid for vacations. -You can get benefits.

Cons

Basically, it's a door to door soliciting job where you try to get people to take a free estimate on windows or roofs. Every day you go knock on doors whether it is -10 or 110 degrees out, and the boss does not care about the working conditions, only your numbers. They promise a lot when you start the job, things like "you will be making 70k a year!" but that is not true. It is possible to get there but most likely you won’t. They also told me I would be doing little to none of door to door but in reality that's all you will do. My first week starting I was stopped by the cops 7 times. Two of my co-workers were ARRESTED for soliciting as well. They said they would get it off their records but they didn't. YOU WILL DEVELOP A RAP SHEET WORKING HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A MINORITY. Typically, most minorities that work here get more soliciting tickets than anyone else. The company will pay for all the tickets (unless they forget which has happened) but they still stay on your record. Guys have to go to court all the time for these soliciting tickets as well. You are supposed to have representation from the company when you have a court date but they don't come. On top of that the company tells you to plead guilty but at the same time tells you what you are doing is not illegal. (On a side note it is illegal to ask your employees to do illegal things). There are a ton of bonuses you can hit to make more money which is nice but it's not nice when they are constantly missing from your paycheck. The leadership from management is up and down working here. Every day you will have a morning meeting which is really just a chance for the boss to blame the field marketers for his own short comings. I laugh at the 4 and 5 star reviews. Knowing this company I am sure they asked the employees to write those reviews.
