      Pros

      I have been with Power for over a year now and I am been very happy with my time here. The company will only be getting bigger and stronger in the years too come, so with hard work the earning potential and upward mobility will be achieved for any employee. The work environment in the office and my peers truly make it easy to come to work everyday. Also, Management has the best interest of their employees which is always comforting.

      Cons

      The hours of operation can be tough. It is not a typical 9-5 for every position and working weekends is sometimes required.

      Pros

      Great upward mobility, great training and mentorship, good pay and compensation, amazing work culture and environment.

      Cons

      Low quality of life as the hours are very long. You spend a lot of time out side which is not ideal in the winter months.

      Pros

      That fact that Power is the best place to work in the country is not a coincidence. Power is a legit family and getting up for work in the morning is actually exciting. I never thought I would find a place that challenges me personally, professionally and finically. Power pushes you the be the best version of yourself...to be honest, ethical, genuine and most important happy. We work very very hard but it pays off and its worth it

      Cons

      Nothing! If you are a hard worker and interested in growth then this is the place for you. If you are lazy and looking to just get through the day then this definitely isn't the place for you.
