Having spent the past 6 months with Power, I feel that I have found a home away from home.

Pros

The best part about Power is the culture. I felt immediately accepted and welcome as part of the sales team. I even spend a great deal of time outside of work with my co-workers at this point because we have become such good friends. Apart from the atmosphere, the upward earning potential is amazing, and the work itself is challenging and rewarding.

Cons

I can honestly say that this far, the only con in my eyes would be for someone who is not hard working or looking for a challenge.

Great culture, company trip to Mexico every year for all employees/significant others, good training and support, advancement and relocation opportunities, serious earning potential for strong salespeople, great products and customer service

Cons

100% commission for Sales Consultants, working most nights and weekends, expensive products (but worth it) and aggressive sales model

Company promotes within if you are young and looking for a long career for one company this is the place for you. With this company you could start off as a Marketer and if you work hard you will get noticed and the sky is the limit

Cons

This company likes to promote the young with very little experience. They like to train the inexperience there way which is not always the right way. They have inexperience personal train the new personal then blame the new employer
